Refund Policy

You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your flight ticket within 24 hours of booking, provided the booking was made at least seven (7) days before the scheduled departure date.

If you cancel your flight more than one week before departure, your refund amount may vary depending on the airline’s fare rules and policies.
The earlier you cancel, the higher the refund amount may be.

Cancellation Policy

  • Tickets purchased under a “Flexible” fare are eligible for cancellation prior to the scheduled flight.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking (and at least 7 days before departure) are fully refundable.

  • Non-refundable tickets may be changed or canceled before departure to receive a courtesy credit toward a future flight, subject to availability and a Regulatory Service Fee of $25.00 per passenger per segment.

  • Courtesy credits are valid for up to 365 days from the date of the original booking and can be used toward future travel.

  • All cancellations must be made at least one hour before the scheduled departure to qualify for a flight credit.

  • Passengers who fail to cancel before departure will forfeit their right to any refund or flight credit.

  • Courtesy credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.

  • Certain fare categories may not qualify for refunds or credits. Please refer to our Fare Rules for specific details.

Refund Processing Time:

  • Refunds for eligible tickets purchased within the U.S. using a credit card will be processed within 10 business days after receiving the required refund information.

  • Refunds for tickets purchased outside the U.S. or through other travel agencies or partner platforms may take up to 45 days to process.

  • Some optional products and service tickets are non-refundable.
